For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg), we are looking for you as part time (two days per week) Working Student (m/f/x) in our music department in a fixed term contract.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of music department tasks across all markets
- Coordinate artist gifting initiatives across multiple markets
- Gather and manage delivery information accurately and efficiently
- Collect and organize product and gifting orders
- Package and dispatch orders in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Your Profile
- Strong understanding of contemporary music culture with a genuine passion for music
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable approach to work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word or similar productivity tools
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Figma, or similar creative software tools
- Fluent in English
