As the Product Content Manager in our E-Commerce department, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, scalable, and high-quality product information across all our EU webshop channels, supporting seamless customer experiences and efficient digital commerce operations.

- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent product data across our EU webshop channels and content systems
- Manage product attributes, taxonomy structures, and enrichment standards to ensure scalable and reliable product information
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product setups are complete, accurate, and ready for a smooth e-commerce launch
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product data inconsistencies, missing information, and quality issues
- Use PIM tools and AI-assisted enrichment features to improve operational efficiency and data quality
- Upload and maintain product pages, editorial content, banners, and landing pages within CMS and webshop systems
- Support seasonal launches, campaign go-lives, and onsite merchandising activities including sort order and platform updates
- Perform large-scale product data validation and quality checks using Excel and structured workflows
- Create clear JIRA tickets, process documentation, and operational guidelines to support cross-functional collaboration
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in e-commerce content management, product data operations, or similar digital commerce roles
- Hands-on experience working with PIM systems and strong understanding of product data structures, attributes, and taxonomy logic
- Experience managing content within CMS or e-commerce platform environments
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, structured data handling, and data validation processes
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy and operational quality
- Proactive, hands-on, and execution-driven working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Clear and structured communication skills, especially in written documentation and ticketing workflows
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
