Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Capacity and product planning for subcontractor in the European Union
  • Drive material readiness, ensure cost optimization without compromising delivery
  • VRFC support, planning and alignment with the Business Unit and other relevant stakeholders
  • AI product related volume- and ramp planning to cover future customer demands
  • KPI performance analysis to meet defined target incl KPI performance score card update
  • Action tracking by monitoring task status and open points including risks and dependencies within own area of responsibility
  • Coordination and interface management between Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, IT, and Finance


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A degree in business administration, supply chain management or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an administrative, analytical, coordinating, or project-supporting environment
  • Good understanding of global supply chain and operations processes as well as project work in cross-functional teams and very good preparation skills for presentations at management and board level
  • Experience in the structured preparation of data, lists, and overviews and confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams including SharePoint
  • Knowledge of project management, classic or hybrid, as well as experience in handling confidential information
  • Very structured and reliable, with strong organization, coordination, independence, team and interface communication
  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
