Das erwartet Dich in Deiner Ausbildung
• Du erlernst die industrielle Herstellung von Lacken für die Verpackungsindustrie - von der Bereitstellung der Inhaltsstoffe bis hin zur Abfüllung unserer Produkte.
• Unter Berücksichtigung unserer Umwelt- und Qualitätsrichtlinien, arbeitest Du an der Optimierung unserer Produktionsprozesse mit.
• Beim Durchlaufen unserer Produktionsabteilungen erlernst Du die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Produktionsmaschinen.
• Außerdem erlernst Du Qualitätssicherung sowie Entwicklung der Produkte in unseren modernen Entwicklungslaboren.
Das bringst Du mit
• Einen Realschulabschluss oder einen sehr guten Hauptschulabschluss mit bzw. erlangen diesen in 2026.
• Naturwissenschaftliches und technisches Interesse
• Ein gutes Farbsehvermögen sowie handwerkliches Geschick
• Du bist ein Teamplayer, lernfreudig und offen für neue Herausforderungen - perfekt!
