- Reinigung des gesamten Geschirrs, der Bestecke, Topfe, etc.
- Ordnungsgemaes Bedienen sowie die Pflege der Reinigungsmaschinen
- Verantwortlich fur die Mulltrennung und Entsorgung
- Einhaltung der Hygienestandards
- Sauber halten der gesamten Lagerraume, Spulkuche und Kuche inklusive Reinigung der Grille, Herde, Filteranlagen etc.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen F&B Abteilungen
