Position Summary

Kaseya is looking for a results-driven Solutions Specialist with strong B2B/SaaS sales experience and a passion for helping customers solve complex IT challenges. In this role, you will partner closely with account management teams to drive cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya's product portfolio within our existing customer base. You will own the full sales cycle, including pipeline forecasting, account strategy, resource coordination, and deal execution to successfully close new business opportunities.

This is a technical sales role requiring foundational knowledge of IT solutions and the ability to confidently engage with both Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internal IT customers. As a Solutions Specialist, you will develop deep expertise across one to three products and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic resource for sales teams. Leveraging your product knowledge and consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs, articulate differentiated value, and drive both transactional and high-value opportunities to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as product advocate within each assigned sales teams.
  • Share best practices and known solutions with Account Managers and become their go-to sales resource.
  • Create and deliver product presentations and demos to internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Diligent follow-up on all assigned account management generated leads.
  • Marshal internal resources as needed to through the entirety of the sale cycle.
  • Quickly understand client technical and business requirements.
  • Conduct business-oriented discussions with customers to understand their needs.
  • Sell & articulate VALUE of how our software will benefit their business.
  • Streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency.
  • Provide direct customer feedback and competitive intelligence to continually improve our products.
  • Manage and maintain an opportunity pipeline spread across multiple account managers.
  • Provide accurate forecasting/pipeline information to management on a weekly basis.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas.

Required Qualifications

  • Native German Language fluency.
  • 3+ years demonstrable track record of successful inside sales experience leading product demos
  • Technical knowledge and/or experience in security software sales
  • Technical understanding of technology
  • Personable, with convincing phone etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Experience building relationships at all levels of an organization over the phone
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a telephone environment
