Fr den Onsite-Support bei unseren Kunden im Bereich Chemie und Produktion, suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit am Standort Schkopau einen Mitarbeiter IT-Support (w/m/d) zur Untersttzung eines unserer IT-Support-Teams.
Als Mitarbeiter im IT-Support (m/w/d) lsen Sie die IT-Probleme aller Mitarbeiter. Sie bringen Ihre Teamfhigkeit, technischen und fachlichen Kenntnisse zum Einsatz. Sie sind ein proaktiver IT-Techniker mit groem Interesse an der Technik und sind in der Lage Verbesserungsvorschlge und Lsungen anzubieten? Dann sind Sie bei Stefanini richtig!
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie bieten IT-Support, der die Erwartungen unserer Kunden stets erfllt oder bertrifft;
- Sie identifizieren, analysieren und beheben Fehler an IT-Produkten und bestellen bzw. tauschen Ersatzteile bei Bedarf aus;
- Sie betreuen und pflegen Benutzerkonten, einschlielich Rechteverwaltung, Sicherheitseinstellungen und Systemgruppen;
- Sie bernehmen vor Ort die Bearbeitung und Lsung von Strungen aus dem 2nd und 3rd Level;
- Sie untersttzen bei der Fehleranalyse und Problemlsung fr alle Netzwerkgerte;
- Sie koordinieren sich bei Bedarf mit externen Dienstleistern, um Hardware- und Softwareprobleme zu lsen;
- Sie fhren die Installation von PCs, Peripheriegerten und netzwerkbasierten Gerten durch;
- Sie untersttzen bei der Einrichtung von Sicherheitsprotokollen, Dateizugriffsrechten und anderen administrativen Aufgaben, insbesondere bei Arbeitsplatzumzgen;
- Sie bernehmen das Umsetzen von Arbeitspltzen, Peripheriegerten und Telekommunikationsausstattung nach Bedarf;
- Sie bestellen, empfangen und stellen alle notwendigen Gerte, Materialien und Dienstleistungen von Drittanbietern bereit, um IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change) umzusetzen;
- Sie installieren und konfigurieren die erforderliche Hardware, Kabel und Anschlsse fr IMACs;
- Sie testen abgeschlossene IMACs und holen die Abnahme durch die Endnutzer ein;
- Sie dokumentieren nderungen an Inventar, Nutzung und Konfiguration.
- 2 -3 Jahre Erfahrung im Onsite-Support. Alternativ kann auch eine vergleichbare Kombination aus Ausbildung und relevanter Berufserfahrung die Mindestanforderung erf?llen;
- ITIL V4 Foundation Zertifizierung (empfohlen);
- Zertifizierungen fr Microsoft-Betriebssysteme und Office sind von Vorteil;
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office 365;
- Fhigkeit, einfache Hardwareprobleme eigenstndig zu lsen;
- Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in iOS und Android, grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse;
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Active Directory und Berechtigungen;
- Ausgeprgte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fhigkeiten;
- Anpassungsfhigkeit an eine sich schnell entwickelnde technologische Umgebung und Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen;
- Fhigkeit, tgliche Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu bernehmen und konkrete Ergebnisse zu liefern;
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
