As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) in our German team. The sales territory covers the Bavaria region and involves regular travel within Germany.

Overview

As part of the extraordinary growth SharkNinja has achieved in Germany, we are seeking an experienced individual to strengthen our team in the role of Field Sales Representative. This role is critical to further strengthening our presence at the point of sale. Working closely with our Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing, and the European hub, this person will be the face of Shark and Ninja in retail - ensuring flawless execution and outstanding sell-out performance with our retail partners in the Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) category.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing a defined sales territory in Germany through regular visits to key retail partners
  • Ensuring flawless in-store execution: planogram compliance, optimal product placement, shelf visibility for Shark and Ninja products
  • Training and inspiring in-store sales staff to act as brand ambassadors - through regular product trainings and live demos across your customer base
  • Driving sell-out performance by identifying and executing local promotional opportunities in-store and in the digital environment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, department leads, and sales staff at all levels
  • Regularly monitoring and reporting on competitor activities, pricing, and in-store conditions
  • Preparing accurate forecasts and sell-out reports in line with personal and company targets
  • Representing SharkNinja at trade events, fairs, and in-store activations
  • Identifying gaps in product range and distribution to unlock new business opportunities
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers to translate account strategies into excellent in-store execution
  • Attending sales meetings, training days, and other company events

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent German and English
  • At least 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in SDA or consumer electronics
  • Proven track record of driving in-store sell-out and retail execution
  • Solid knowledge of the German retail landscape - experience with key accounts such as MediaMarkt, Saturn, Expert, Euronics, EP, and specialized SDA retailers is a clear advantage
  • Results-driven mindset - you live to meet and exceed targets
  • Passion for innovative consumer products and genuine enthusiasm for the Shark and Ninja brands
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • High self-motivation and the ability to independently manage a large, geographically broad territory
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize your own schedule
  • Experience analyzing sell-out data and translating insights into concrete actions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Germany
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
