The Opportunity

How you will make the impact
- Design and implement local training plans aligned with global product line standards and business needs
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate competency development initiatives across the organization
- Deliver engaging training sessions and evaluate effectiveness to continuously improve learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate training records and manage learning documentation and systems
- Coordinate and support internal trainers, ensuring high-quality and consistent training delivery
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth and effective integration of new employees
- Ensure alignment with skills governance, product line frameworks, and organizational training standards
Your background
- Degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or competency management
- Proven experience delivering training sessions or workshops, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or skills management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training data and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
