Was Dich erwartet:
As Head of International Sales Controlling, you will play a key role in strategic and operational planning, forecasting, adjusting and measuring international sales & marketing budgets and performance KPIs. You will have a direct influence on our success and drive our international activities forward.
Your contribution
In this role, you will be responsible for the annual, monthly and weekly planning, forecasting and adjustment of sales & marketing budgets and performance KPIs for our 16 international markets. As part of a cross-functional team, you will develop innovative evaluation and management models to help us achieve our targets. Another focus is on improving and automating processes for actual data, forecasts and simulations, also in close cooperation with various teams. You will also act as a key stakeholder and advisor to the Board, VP level and cross-functional country teams to enable informed decisions and actively shape our international strategy.

We work in a cross-functional organization that operates in country clusters with a balanced mix of standardization and localization. As a key role, you will have numerous interactions at all levels and in different functions, for example within Marketing & Sales, Purchasing, IT, Central Controlling, Payment and Logistics. Your team is a dynamic mix of experienced senior experts and junior colleagues with strong backgrounds in controlling and data analytics.

You will work with Google Cloud / Data Hub, dashboards such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI and the Microsoft Office suite.

Your training
You have successfully completed your degree or master's degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field and have sound theoretical knowledge that you can put into practice with us.
Your experience
You have at least 5 years of management experience in challenging environments and at least 5 years of e-commerce experience with all relevant KPIs for country management. You have already demonstrated your project management skills in cross-functional roles and are experienced in stakeholder management at senior and board level. You have at least 10 years of professional experience in controlling, data analysis and/or management consulting.
Your skills
You have leadership experience in a project management, business consulting or controlling role and are characterized by strong analytical skills. Your presentation and communication skills are excellent. You are fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level); additional language skills, especially Polish, French or Italian, are a plus. Stress resistance and flexibility are among your strengths, as well as a positive can-do mentality. You are a change driver with transformation experience. As an AI user, you use AI-supported tools and applications in your day-to-day work to complete your tasks more efficiently and understand the basic functioning and potential of AI without developing or adapting AI models yourself.
