To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibility

  • You support the reporting of the monthly P&L, including management commentary for HQ in Paris.
  • You contribute to the preparation of planning scenarios, including rolling forecasts as well as Risk & Opportunities analyses.
  • You prepare ad hoc analyses for the management team and other key stakeholders.
  • You closely monitor local COGS and proactively support the Operations team in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • You support the P&L consolidation of markets within the Northern Europe Management Entity (DACH, BENELUX, UK, Ireland & Nordics).
  • You accompany and support various Group Finance Transformation projects.
  • You contribute to the continuous development of the existing BI and reporting landscape.


Your Profile
  • You hold a university degree in business economics with a focus on Controlling/Finance
  • You possess strong analytical skills and exhibit a hands-on mentality
  • Your background includes initial experiences (1-2 years) in finance/controlling, gained through internships and/or first Junior position
  • You are recognized for your strong teamwork, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • You proactively work independently, demonstrating an ability to challenge the status quo and define new ways of working
  • Proficient in using the MS Office package, particularly Advanced Excel
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) and BI tools (Tagetik, Jedox, Power BI) is considered a plus
  • Your tech savviness sets you apart
  • You are fluent in both written and verbal German and English
  • You live in Cologne or nearby
