Social is part of Beiersdorf AG's Health Management and supports various companies at the Hamburg site. In this role, you are part of a team and support employees in different phases of life and work with the aim of achieving a healthy work-life balance.

- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of events and workshops
- Supporting administrative and organisational activities (e.g. sending anniversary packages and recording and reporting pregnancies)
- Research and contact with local providers and social contact points
- Internal and external communication in DE/EN (mail and postal correspondence, telephone service)
- Responsible co-design of the intranet site
Your Profile
- You are available immediately
- Enrolled student in the field of social work, social pedagogy, sociology, psychology or a related field
- Initial experience in counseling or coaching desirable
- Independent and structured way of working
- Hands-on mentality, customer orientation, service mindset, high communication and counseling skills, high empathy skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
