You are part of a motivated R&D team that takes ownership of its work, thinks across disciplines, and enjoys pushing the boundaries of what hardware can do. Here is what you will work on together:

  • Develop and continuously improve methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification, bringing your own ideas to make our hardware perform at its best
  • Design and implement robust diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ environment, tightly integrated with advanced hardware
  • Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
  • Connect development, production, and customers as a technical bridge: roll out solutions, support manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
  • Analyze production and field data to detect issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to technical limits


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong C++ skills and a good grasp of object-oriented design principles
  • Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset: you enjoy finding root causes and turning insights into improvements
  • Enjoy working across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing colleagues at eye level
  • Team-oriented mindset: grow continuously by sharing and learning together with your team members
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
  • German language skills
