Meissner is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bodenheim, Germany. The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Managing Director of Meissner Filtration Products GmbH.

Meissner is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bodenheim, Germany. The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Managing Director of Meissner Filtration Products GmbH.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process customer inquiries by e-mail, telephone and customer portals.
- Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information requested by the customer.
- Provide customer service in Germany and other European countries.
- Prepare Quotations, process orders, invoice, bill and dispatch.
- Book goods into our warehouse.
- Communicate with freight forwarders and couriers.
- Maintain customer master data.
- Facilitate the optimization of customer service processes.
- Translation into English, French and Italian.
- Monitor orders, delivery dates and incoming payments.
- Check required documents for correctness.
- Archive documents in our ERP system and ECM system.
- Compile data and prepares various reports for management.
- Assist in general office work.
Qualifications, Education & Experience

- The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar role in Germany.
- Must have a third level qualification in Business or other related degree from an accredited third level institution.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office based applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
- Have professional oral and written communication in both the German and English language.
- Works independently with minimal work supervision
- Must have good organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
