You will compile staffing newsletters, create proposals of consultants for project needs, help maintain our staffing system, e.g., verifying consultants' availability, entries of absences, holidays or other profile-specific information. You will also use internal GenAI tool for preparing and reporting staffing data.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • You are in the early stages of your studies, ideally in Economics, Psychology, or Social Sciences, potentially with a focus on Human Resources. Other disciplines are also welcome if they demonstrate a strong interest in the field
  • You demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, and you approach your work with diligence and absolute reliability
  • You enjoy working in a team environment and can manage multiple workstreams in parallel
  • You are comfortable with data analysis and proficient in using Excel
  • You have initial experience supporting communication efforts, specifically using PowerPoint and Outlook
  • You possess a strong service orientation combined with a confident professional presence
  • Language fluency skills, both written and spoken, in both German and English
