As Chapter Lead in Cloud Expert Sales (m/f/d) for the vertical markets Public Sector & Health, you will play a central role in shaping and driving the success of our cloud sales strategy. You will lead and develop a team of Cloud Expert Sales specialists, foster their expertise in the T Cloud portfolio, and drive service solution sales forward.
Your responsibilities will also include
- Leadership and coaching of employees
- Development of sales strategies
- Management of presales activities and cloud strategy consulting for our customers
- Securing and expanding our market position in cloud solutions through excellent stakeholder management and the identification of new business areas and customer relationships
- Developing and implementing innovative, customer-centric solutions through your deep understanding of cloud architecture
Your Profile
- Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams
- Sales expert in the healthcare sector (e.g. hospitals, healthcare institutions, nursing care) or in the public sector/government administration
- Extensive expertise in strategic customer consulting for cloud solutions
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with leading public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in identifying and developing new business areas and customer relationships
- Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost management
- Experience with Data & AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Business fluent in German and English
- High willingness to travel within the area of responsibility
