What You'll Be Doing
As Payroll Specialist, you will support the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing monthly payroll activities with accuracy and efficiency
- Preparing and submitting payroll reports and tax payments in a timely manner
- Managing payroll updates and employee changes within ADP
- Resolving payroll queries and issues in a professional and responsive manner
- Supporting payroll compliance and audit preparation activities
- Collaborating closely with HR colleagues on initiatives impacting payroll operations
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally bring:
- Previous payroll administration or payroll specialist experience
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements
- Familiarity with ADP and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, in both English and German
