HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related topics including employee relations, labor law, and collective/regulatory.
• With your extensive HR knowledge you support employees during the complete Employee Life Cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• You prepare, coordinate, and implement disciplinary HR actions - always ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and company guidelines.
• You act as strategic partner for managers during organizational changes and change processes.
• In addition, you actively contribute to HR projects to ensure the continuous improvement of HR concept and processes.
• Last but not least you partner closely with HR specialists and the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure a professional HR support throughout the organisation.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a degree in business administration or law with a focus on human resources, or have equivalent education.
• You have at least three years of work experience in HR support and consulting for executives.
• You have in-depth knowledge of German labour law.
• Proficiency in working with MS Office is a given; ideally, you have experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• You are business fluent in both German and English.
• You present yourself confidently at all management levels and are able to communicate with diverse audiences in a solution-oriented manner.
• You have a pragmatic approach to work combined with high standards of quality.
