The Team:

Our Value Engineers (VE) are the trusted advisors for the end-to-end customer value journey, and work on the intersection of technology and business. Value Engineers partner with sales and customers to create compelling solutions and prototypes within the Celonis software to critical business problems.

The Role:

As a Strategic Program Management Intern you will support the steering of programs that implement/execute strategic decisions from our executive management into practice. These programs span across multiple organizations, centered in Value Engineering, spanning to Product, Strategy & Ops, Ecosystem, Services, Business Apps and others. You will ensure a program's success by building up the strategic decisions.

The work you'll do:

  • Enable and shape data driven decision making for our management.
  • Design and conceptualize strategic programs (incl. data analysis).
  • Support and oversee program execution from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams.
  • Take ownership of specific streams, ensuring their success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Report to our executive management on program progress and outcomes.

The qualifications you need:

  • Student of Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Technology & Management / Economics / or of a comparable program
  • Ability to act autonomously in high ambiguity situations
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Financial modeling in Google Sheets
  • Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences
  • Experience in consulting and highly interested in data analytics
  • This internship can be done from our Munich Office or Madrid Office.
  • Full-time availability for at least five months starting from July/ August 2026
