Coordinator, Sales - DACH, NL, PL, CEE

What You'll Do

As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, CEE & CH to enhance retailer performance, expand market share across various channels, and strengthen relationships with retail partners. Additionally, you will assist in executing business strategies, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing key performance data to optimize brand visibility and market positioning. The position involves international collaboration, overseeing key markets including DACH, NL, PL and CEE.

This role will report to the Key Account Manager DACH, NL, PL & CEE.

What You'll Be Working On

Sales Support & Retailer Management

  • Support the Key Account Managers in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Assist in planning and executing annual meetings and preparing presentations for key account meetings

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and update regular sell-out reports and performance trackings across all markets
  • Conduct ROI analyses on commercial activities and provide actionable insights to the Key Account Managers
  • Analyze sales performance by retailer, channel and SKU to identify risks and opportunities
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Support the forecasting process with data preparation, plausibility checks and tracking vs. plan

Listings & Range Management

  • Coordinate NPD listings with retail partners, ensuring timely and complete submissions
  • Manage pricing uploads and updates across retailer systems and internal tools
  • Maintain product master data and ensure consistency across all retail partner platforms
  • Communicate planogram updates to retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate product page asset updates for ECOM, ensuring correct product representation and brand messaging on retail partner digital platforms

Staff & Trainings Support

  • Scout, select and brief promoters for in-store sales activations
  • Coordinate training materials and ensure timely distribution to field teams and retail partners
  • Provide ongoing staff support at Beauty Counters across key doors
  • Track staffing performance and gather feedback to continuously improve in-store execution

Must Haves

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in commercial or sales support roles, preferably in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods
  • University Graduate, with a major in Business, Management or Marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (German & English as must)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience working with sales data and retailer reporting systems is a strong plus
  • Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and affinity with retail, digital and business
  • A strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate recommendations concisely and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (Remote + 2-3 days per week in our Germany Office)
  • This role requires occasional travel to visit key retailers and support market activities
