About the Role

At ARX Robotics, our workspaces and operational environments are a key part of enabling teams to build advanced autonomous systems efficiently and safely. As Team Lead Facility Management, you will oversee the daily operations across ARX sites and help create scalable, well-organized, and high-performing work environments that support both people and operations.

You will lead facility-related operations across infrastructure, maintenance, workplace experience, and health, safety, and environmental standards. This role combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing technology and manufacturing environment.

What You'll Build

  • Lead and develop the Facility Management team responsible for daily operations across ARX sites
  • Oversee infrastructure, workspace management, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and site upgrades
  • Ensure facilities and operational processes comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create work environments that support productivity, collaboration, and team wellbeing
  • Manage workplace-related projects and operational improvements across multiple locations
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure reliable facility operations
  • Support the growth and scaling of ARX sites through structured facility planning and operational execution
  • Drive continuous improvements in workplace efficiency, safety, and employee experience

What You Bring

  • Strong fluency in both German and English
  • Experience leading facility management, workplace operations, or infrastructure teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance planning, and workplace management
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and external service providers
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with employee and stakeholder needs
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Confidence working across multiple teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build collaborative and reliable teams
  • Experience supporting operational scaling, infrastructure projects, or workplace improvements is a plus
  • Commitment to creating safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environments
