CSA Project Manager

Job Description CSA Project Manager - Data Centre Projects SilverBack Staffing Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing delivery team on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to lead large-scale, technically complex projects with a well-established international contractor. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover Drive successful delivery across all project objectives including: Health & Safety Quality Assurance Technical Compliance Commercial Performance Programme & Scheduling Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary project teams Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Oversee project planning, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovative delivery methods across projects Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 7+ years' post-qualification experience within the construction industry Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects is highly desirable Additional experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or mission-critical environments is advantageous Previous experience working with a main contractor Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects in an international environment What's on Offer Competitive salary package Company vehicle or travel allowance Accommodation provided Flights covered 17/4 rotation Pension contribution Life insurance Income protection Ongoing CPD and career development support Additional lifestyle and wellbeing benefits
