About the team

As a Sales & Channel Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the DACH region. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively identifying and developing new business channels, negotiating commercial agreements, conducting market research, engaging with key customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Job Description

What you can look forward to as Sales & Channel Development Specialist(m/d/f):

Identify, pursue and create new business opportunities with fleet operators (CV, LCV, PC), resellers, associations and strategic partners
Proactively hunt and acquire new customers, driving product penetration and revenue growth in the DACH market
Conduct indepth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and translate them into valuebased proposals
Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements with fleets and partners
Build, enable and scale a strong partner and reseller ecosystem
Develop joint gotomarket activities with strategic partners
Establish longterm, trustbased relationships to secure recurring business
Act as a central interface between channel partners and internal teams
Build and manage a highquality sales pipeline in Salesforce
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline visibility
Deliver transparent reporting on sales performance, pipeline health and market development
Drive sustainable revenue and margin growth
Perform continuous market, competitor and customer analysis
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and customer forums
Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Digital Fleet Solutions
Feed customer and market insights back into product and value proposition development


Your Profile as Sales & Channel Development Specialist(m/d/f):

8-10+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development, ideally within: SaaS, Telematics / Fleet Management, Automotive, Mobility, IoT or Digital Solutions
Strong Hunter mentality with a track record of creating opportunities from scratch
Proven success in closing complex, highvalue enterprise and fleet deals
Strong autonomy, resilience and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills with senior decisionmakers
Deep understanding of the German fleet and mobility ecosystem
Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, product and service teams
High willingness to travel (up to ~70%)
Fluent in German and English (additional languages a plus)
