- You lead and develop a team of product managers both professionally and disciplinarily
- You are responsible for the portfolio of service solutions for transformers and substations throughout the entire product lifecycle and develop digital service offerings
- You conduct market, competition, and demand analyses and derive strategic recommendations for action
- You create business models in close collaboration with other departments
- You initiate and coordinate development projects and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- You enable the global service business to successfully position itself in the market and actively represent your area in relevant committees
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in electrical engineering or a similar qualification
- You have several years of leadership experience as well as business management expertise, and you have professional experience in electrical power supply
- You are responsible for the development of business models on both technical and economic levels and are proficient in product and portfolio management
- You think innovatively and act entrepreneurially and pragmatically, while convincing through implementation strength and networking competence
- You are well connected in national and international committees (e.g. CIGRE, CIRED, VDE)
- You have excellent German and English skills
