Intern for Control of Multilevel Power Converters (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

• You implement and optimize modulation and balancing methods in multilevel converters
• You contribute to the development and improvement of control algorithms
• You support simulation, validation, and testing of power electronic circuits and systems

What you bring to the table:

• You are an enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field
• You have basic understanding of simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or PLECS
• You possess solid knowledge of converter control principles and core concepts in power electronics
• Familiarity with different multilevel converter topologies and good knowledge of modulation strategies for multilevel converters is a plus
• Familiarity with Modular Multilevel Converters (MMC) is optional but considered an advantage
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams
