MISSION

Develop the administrative tasks and the documentation processing for the area / department according to the instructions and the administrative flows established by its responsible in order to obtain quality outcome in time.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Keep updated all information related to the department and give support in the preparation of documents, reports and statistics related with the area.
  • Complete statements and documentation according to the procedures / rules applicable in each case and under the supervision of the responsible technician.
  • Manage the internal information between different departments.
  • Assist in the reporting, both local and corporate, as in other specific or ad-hoc tasks.
  • Support data collection of the department control systems.
  • Update and control the IT tools of the area.
  • Organize appointments, meetings, receive visits and attend clients and suppliers, if required.
  • Produce invoices, delivery notes, receives, orders and carry out the sales, charges, unpaid or other productive activities, calculation monitoring.
  • Take care of the parcel service for the department.
  • Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic Background: Education or professional training, mainly in administration. Solid knowledge in computer and system.

Languages: Fluent in local language.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as administrative technician.

  • To conduct administrative tasks and related computing processing documentation for his/her department, according to the instructions and the administrative flows established by the manager in order to obtain quality documents in a timely fashion.


  1. GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:


  • Manage the internal information between the different departments.
  • Carry out the documentation register and issue of accounting, labour, tax, or of his/her corresponding functional area.
  • Organize appointments, meetings, receive visits and attend to clients and suppliers.
  • Produce invoices, delivery notes, receipts and orders and carry out the sales, charges, unpaid or other productive activities, calculation monitoring.
  • Arrange, classify and file records and miscellaneous documentation in the department.
  • Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
