- As an Area Sales Manager, your main mission will be to **acquire new customers**-you'll strategically develop your existing client base and forge strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- You know your sales territory like the back of your hand and actively expand it while independently acquiring new customers.
- You will be a true business partner to hairdressers, collaborating with Education and Marketing to craft customized strategies that empower your clients.
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be part of a vibrant and ambitious team, constantly communicating and sharing ideas!
- With our comprehensive product training and intensive onboarding, we will prepare you to take full responsibility for your sales territory
- We hold regular internal meetings to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills, ensuring you're always at the top of your game!
What you bring to the table:
- You reside within the sales territory.
- You possess a strong passion for beauty products and are always in tune with lifestyle trends and fashion.
- You have a sharp business acumen and, ideally, experience in sales, training, and presentations.
- Your friendly, confident demeanor shines through, and you conduct conversations with ease.
- You are characterized by a strong service and customer focus.
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment and enthusiasm for collaborating in an agile team.
- You are proficient with the iPad, as well as standard MS Office products and social media applications.
- Knowledge of English is a plus!
- You are open to frequent travel and showcase flexibility and resilience.
