This position is responsible for implementing the national brand strategy and expanding the customer base in Southern Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and executing the national brand strategy within your area of responsibility.
- Visiting, acquiring, and managing new customers in line with the strategy.
- Developing, motivating, and coaching the team to foster a strong "hunter" mentality and performance culture.
- Analyzing KPIs, deriving actionable M
- Measures, and organizing meetings and training sessions to improve collaboration and results.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in leading and developing teams with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills and empathy, as well as being a confident and effective networker.
- Flexible, mobile, and able to manage complex tasks with a high degree of initiative and reliability.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media tools
- Very good written and spoken English
- Residing in southern Germany.
