As a Senior Process Engineer Logistics Inbound & Outbound and Process Logistics (m/f/d) specializing in pharmaceutical and biotechnological process design, you will join a highly qualified team at our regional office in Bad Homburg, where knowledge sharing and collaborative work are essential. Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead process planning for inbound, warehousing, outbound, and process logistics, supporting biotechnological activeingredient production and related technologies.
- Oversee all planning phases, including budget responsibility, from concept development to execution, installation supervision, commissioning, and qualification.
- Document customer requirements, support concept development, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Define technical process requirements, including layout creation, process flow diagrams, and material flow analysis.
- Prepare technical tender documents and support equipment and IT system selection through commercial and technical bid evaluations.
- Act as the lead process engineering interface to interdisciplinary teams, including piping, I&C, automation, and utilities engineering.
- Lead projectspecific teams of logistics process engineers and contribute to risk analyses such as HAZOP and FMEA.
Show your expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, computer science, business administration, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Ideally 5+ years professional experience in logistics engineering projects.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a professional, supportive, and resultsdriven approach in project environments.
- Strong IT affinity and deep understanding of logistics processes, with experience in transport, warehouse, or onsite logistics systems such as SAP IM/WM or Insite LMS.
- Analytical thinker with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
- Proactive, solutionoriented mindset with high stress resilience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
