(Senior) Manager M&A / Business Development (d/f/m) - Henkel Consumer Brands

What youll do

• Identify potential acquisition opportunities that align with the Portfolio / M&A Strategy of Henkel Consumer Brands
• Prepare deep dives, investment thesis, and recommendations to senior management to decide on M&A opportunities
• Manage and coordinate due diligence activities which entails collaborating with relevant business and corporate functions across Henkel
• Prepare business plans and detailed financial analysis as well as all necessary committee or board approval documents for divestments, preparation of transaction scope, structure, carve-out financials, and other deal documents such as Information Memorandum
• Negotiate key terms of transactions together with Corporate M&A and legal teams
• Ensure that an integration plan is designed and smooth hand-over to dedicated PMI lead
• Conduct strategic analysis, industry research, and competitor analysis to help evaluate potential M&A opportunities
• Act as sparring partner for regions & category management on M&A matters
