Senior Cloud & Software Architect Digital R&D (d/f/m)

What youll do

• Translate R&D business needs into scalable technical solutions, working directly with domain experts and key stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end architectures for cloud-native applications - covering data flows, integration patterns, scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Management to shape product vision, refine requirements, and ensure alignment between business priorities and technical feasibilityLead and mentor team of developers, conduct design reviews, and guide teams in component-level decisions and best-practice adoption
• Design and evolve APIs (REST, GraphQL, event-driven) with strong focus on usability, stability, and backward compatibility
• Ensure security-by-design, including secure cloud patterns, container security, secrets management, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID
• Connect, and secure coding practices
• Drive proofs of concept for emerging cloud services, AI capabilities, integrations, and automation scenariosWork across the full technology stack: Single Page Applications, Web services & APIs, Event-driven or microservice architectures, Cloud infrastructure (IaC, DevOps), Generative AI agents and workflow automation
• Ensure reliability, maintainability, observability, and operational excellence in production environments
