Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Durchfuhrung von VDA-konformen Audits und Bewertung von Lieferantenprozessen
• Du fuhrst Risikoanalysen innerhalb der Lieferantenlandschaft durch und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Durchfuhrung von Prozessaudits nach VDA 6.3 und Potenzialanalysen bei moglichen Lieferanten in der Vergabephase
• Versorgungsabsicherung durch Reduktion der Ausschusszahlen beim Automobilzulieferer
• Durchfuhrung von Produkt-, bzw. Prozess FMEAs
• Koordination des Kunden- und Lieferantenmanagements
• Durchfuhrung von Lieferantenaudits (z. B. VDA 6.3), Prozessauditierung, Manahmendefinitionen und Manahmenverfolgungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Supply Chain Management und Lean Management.
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung als VDA-Auditor von Vorteil
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
• Umfassende Kenntnisse in Qualitatsmanagementmethoden speziell fur den Automobilsektor
• Flieende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
