Legal Counsel for M&A & Finance (m/f/d)

Your Contribution

As Legal Counsel for M&A & Finance (m/f/d), you are responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing, as well as internal reorganizations.

• This includes providing comprehensive advice, including analyses and coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Independent drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, as well as responsibility for post-M&A advisory services and legal support of post-merger integration
• Function as an in-house expert for all questions relating to corporate, contract, and commercial law
• Independent participation in interdisciplinary projects, as well as close collaboration with specialist departments, project management, and executive management

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Completed studies in law with above-average exam results (fully qualified lawyer)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of M&A, ideally in a company or a business-oriented law firm
• Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• International experience in an English-speaking country is an advantage
• Structured and diligent working style, as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations
• Strong communication skills, ability to integrate, and team orientation
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
