Tasks:
- Development of concepts for systems and subsystems
- Conducting requirements analysis and management
- Development of specifications
- Conducting system integration and error detection
- Conducting system tests
- Assistance with the creation of quantity take-offs and schedules
- Technical proposal presentations at customer sites
- Assistance with negotiating technical details with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Assistance with the definition, planning, and monitoring of work packages (actual vs. target)
- Coordinating and preparing key system documents
- Conducting technical reviews and audits
- Preparing technical decision-making documents (e.g., make or buy)
- Preparing test concepts and documents
- Monitoring current technical trends
- Reporting and presenting development results in project status meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a technical department
- Experience in the technical management of projects
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written), particularly technical English
- Experience in modeling systems with SysML is desirable
- Experience in systems engineering at the system-of-systems level is desirable
- Experience in requirements engineering
- Strong intercultural skills
