Using smart sensors, data software, and a digital platform, we make environmental emissions visible and help water treatment plants become sustainable. Your Role
As a Marketing Generalist focusing on Digital Content & AI, you will help shape our brand and online presence. You will not just create text and media-you will lead the way in using AI tools to automate our daily tasks and maximize our marketing results.

- Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 gross per year + 13th-month salary
- Experience: Minimum 3 years

- Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)

Your Role
As a Marketing Generalist focusing on Digital Content & AI, you will help shape our brand and online presence. You will not just create text and media-you will lead the way in using AI tools to automate our daily tasks and maximize our marketing results.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and design interesting content for LinkedIn, our website, newsletters, slideshows, and digital ads.
- AI Integration: Use modern AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude) to speed up content creation, design campaigns, and automate marketing tasks.
- Social Media & Growth: Manage and build our social media channels to help more people learn about our brand.
- SEO & Web: Improve website text for search engines (SEO) and build high-performing web pages.
- Media Production: Create videos and graphics for marketing campaigns, company events, and online posts.
- Data & Results: Look at marketing data and campaign results to find ways to improve our performance.
- Follow Trends: Keep an eye on new AI and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional work in digital, content, or social media marketing.
- AI Savvy: Hands-on experience using AI tools to create text, images, or videos.
- Technical Skills: A solid understanding of website systems (CMS), SEO, and digital tools. Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Education: A degree or formal training in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a similar area.
- Languages: High fluency (C1 level or native) in both German and English is required for daily teamwork.
- Mindset: Creative, responsible, and excited to build modern marketing strategies from scratch.
- Pluses: Knowledge of Google Ads, Performance Marketing, or analytics software is a plus.
