We are building a Digital Concierge Platform for 2-4 star hotels that transforms every hotel room into a digital sales channel for local services. Guests discover and book experiences, wellness, dining, and more via a simple QR code-while hotels unlock new revenue streams without additional operational effort.

The founding team consists of two experienced and successful entrepreneurs with a strong track record in building and scaling companies.

Our next step: build the MVP → launch pilot hotels and partners → raise seed funding.

Your Role

As CTO, you are a technical co-founder responsible for building the entire platform-from architecture to launch.

You will work directly with the founders and have full ownership of the product and tech vision.

Tasks

Your Mission (0-6 months)

Phase 1: MVP (0-3 months)

  • Define and build the technical architecture
  • Develop a mobile-first web or app MVP
  • Implement core features:
  • QR-based entry experience
  • Location-based content delivery
  • Booking and payment flows (via APIs)
  • Rapid iteration with real pilot customers

Phase 2: Validation & Fundraising

  • Stabilize and scale the platform
  • Integrate initial partners (via APIs or manual onboarding)
  • Support technical due diligence with investors


Requirements

Strong full-stack engineering background (e.g., React / Next.js / Node / Python or

similar)

  • Proven experience building MVPs and scalable platforms
  • Product mindset-you think in solutions, not just features
  • Ideally experience with:
  • Marketplace models
  • Booking and payment integrations
  • Location-based services
  • Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to scale into a leadership role
  • Startup mindset: speed over perfection
