The Role
This position plays a critical role within our Strategy & Transformation practice, shaping and delivering high-impact initiatives for leading financial institutions. The focus lies on guiding clients through complex strategic and operational challenges, unlocking new growth opportunities, and driving sustainable competitive advantage.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will operate at the forefront of large-scale transformation, leading end-to-end initiatives and translating strategic ambition into tangible outcomes. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and the ability to operate credibly at senior executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and evolving our Business Value Proposition, with a strong focus on strategic growth, innovation, and value creation
- Bringing senior-level credibility to strategic client engagements, business development activities, and high-impact transformation programs
- Taking full ownership of managing strategy & transformation projects, including co-innovation initiatives with key clients, end-to-end at the intersection of business and IT
- Leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to address a broad range of client challenges and deliver sustainable business outcomes
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to analyze and challenge business priorities, shape enterprise-wide strategies, and co-create innovative, scalable solutions while expanding the SAP Fioneer footprint
Requirements
- 5+ years driving large-scale digital transformation across banking and insurance in strategy consulting and financial institutions
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, including senior executives, clients, and third-party providers
- Expertise in core banking & payments, lending, or CFO / finance transformation across banking and insurance
- Track record of bridging business and technology, translating strategy into scalable, executable solutions
- Led the development of enterprise strategies, operating model redesigns, and management process optimization across leading financial institutions
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skill set, applying data-driven insights and modeling to solve complex business problems
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or STEM
- Fluent in English and German
