Role Objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with regional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.

  • Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.

  • Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.

  • Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.

  • Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.

  • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • C2 level of German and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).

  • 2 years of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.

  • Proficient at creating digital marketing strategies for all customers sizes.

  • Education: BA/BS degree required; Master's degree or advanced professional certification is highly desirable.

  • High-Impact Target Attainment: Extensive history of consistently achieving and surpassing challenging sales quotas. Must possess deep expertise in persuasive negotiation and a demonstrated capacity for driving significant individual revenue and market share gains in high-velocity sectors of different verticals. Proficient resilience and ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Advanced Client Advocacy: Significant experience as a senior, customer-facing subject matter expert, specifically designing and implementing service protocols that resolve systemic client friction and substantially enhance customer retention and lifetime value.

  • Operational Versatility: Exceptional ability to thrive through periods of ambiguity and rapid change, swiftly implementing process improvements and recalibrating priorities to ensure continuous business momentum.
