Maintenance Technician Mechanical (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Manufacturing of individual parts, tools, and fixtures according to drawings and execution sketches with essential details on dimensional tolerances, surface and/or material properties, if necessary, consultation with the Validation/Prototype and Production ET departments, among others; production of parts using various manufacturing processes (e.g., turning, milling, joining, CNC applications, 3D printing processes)
• Assembly of fixtures, fitting into production systems, and testing with the respective clients from Validation/Prototype and Production ET
• Independent programming of CAD models for subsequent processing with 3D printers for filament systems and/or CNC turning and milling machines
• Independent design of production equipment using Bosch-Rexroth system profiles (basic frames for prototype workstations, test chambers, material shelves, etc.)
• Maintenance and proper handling of machine tools, testing, and measuring equipment

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed specialized/technical vocational training (Toolmaker/ Precision Mechanic/ Machining Mechanic/ Production Mechanic/ Mechatronics Technician)
• Experience and confident mastery of abrasive manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC, turning, milling, etc.)
• Solution-oriented thinking, quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, improvisation skills, flexibility, as well as a structured and independent working style
• Availability for on-call duty
• Strong team orientation and communication skills
