(Junior) Technical Trainer for COMINT Systems & AI-Supported Learning (m/f/d)

Introduction

Tasks

• You conduct trainings for our COMINT systems for customers in Germany and worldwide, both at our premises and on-site.
• You enable users to effectively operate the delivered systems in real-world environments.
• You develop and scale standardized training concepts, ensuring high reusability and consistent quality across projects.
• You further develop and optimize how training is created, prepared and delivered by leveraging AI-supported tools and automated workflows.
• You design and implement modern training approaches such as adaptive learning, automated content generation and data-driven training optimization.
• You capture training-related data, customer feedback and recurring issues and translate them into data-driven improvements in training content, processes and system usage.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• You bring a strong interest in training, knowledge transfer and the structured development of learning content.
• You are interested in or already familiar with COMINT and AI-supported tools, automation or data-driven approaches in training, documentation or engineering environments.
• You have a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy improving processes, workflows and existing concepts.
• You appear confident and professional when interacting with international customers and stakeholders.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are willing to travel internationally.
