Would you like to get into personnel development after your studies or with some initial practical experience? Then you've come to the right place. In this 12-month temporary position, you will support our team in day-to-day business and in exciting projects relating to learning, development and talent promotion. You will gain valuable practical experience, contribute your own ideas and develop professionally and personally.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • You support training and development measures: You help with the organization, preparation and follow-up of learning formats, workshops and development opportunities .


  • You work on personnel development projects: You support the team in ongoing projects, research content, prepare documents and take on smaller subtasks independently .


  • You bring structure to our learning opportunities: you maintain overviews, assist with evaluations and help to prepare information and materials in an understandable and clear way .


  • You support the exchange with internal contacts: You work together with colleagues, departments and external partners and ensure that information is passed on reliably .


  • You will gain initial experience in modern HR topics: You will gain insights into topics such as talent development, learning formats, feedback processes and organizational development .


Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Suitable entry: You are at the end of your studies or have already completed them - ideally with a focus on HR, psychology, economics or social sciences .


  • First practical experience: You have already gained insights into HR, personnel development or project work through internships, working student activities or your first professional positions .


  • Interest in development topics: You enjoy helping to shape learning and development topics and would like to develop further in this area .


  • Organizational skills: You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep track of multiple tasks .


  • Strong communication skills: You approach people openly, enjoy working in a team and can present information in an understandable way .


  • Digital affinity : You feel confident using MS Office and are interested in digital tools and modern learning formats .
