(Junior) R&D Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• You lead innovation projects end-to-end - from the initial idea through to successful market launch
• You develop holistic cleaning systems for the professional sector - covering hardware (e.g., trolleys, mop holders), materials, and processes
• You drive technological innovation and create breakthroughs in ergonomics, sustainability, and efficiency
• You collaborate closely and cross-functionally with marketing, production, and global stakeholders (e.g., supply chain)
• You identify trends and customer needs at an early stage and translate them into future-ready solutions
• You build a strong network and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions

Qualifications:

• A successfully completed degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, materials science, process engineering, chemical engineering, or product / industrial design) - or a comparable qualification
• Experience in R&D / product development is a plus, but not required
• Proven track record in innovation and bringing new products to market
• A strong combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complex topics and develop solution-oriented approaches
• Strong leadership skills, execution excellence, and a clear drive to achieve results
• A passion for user-centered innovation, creating real impact, and the courage to explore new paths
