Position Overview
The Senior Consultant in Change Management supports the implementation of change management processes within complex IT and digital transformation projects. The role ensures structured delivery, transparent documentation, and alignment with quality and risk management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise project teams on change management strategies and practices.
- Lead and coordinate subprojects focused on change management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers supporting change initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic end-to-end change management approaches across programs.
- Handle multiple complex subprojects, ensuring proper application of change management methods.
- Prepare, moderate, and facilitate workshops and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Serve as internal liaison for change management, ensuring alignment across multiple projects and teams.
- Organize internal communications and report progress, milestones, and outcomes to project management.
- Acquire technical understanding of project components to support change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Languages: Professional German (C1) and good English skills.
- Certifications: Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in change management within digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in project management, quality assurance, and coordination of subprojects.
- Ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
