Position Overview
The role supports the strategic management of corporate real estate and workplace services. The specialist ensures that all employees have access to the necessary workspaces at any time, coordinating and executing planning, acquisition, and space management activities. This position acts as a central advisory and coordination point for managers and project leads regarding office environments and workplace design.

Position Overview
The role supports the strategic management of corporate real estate and workplace services. The specialist ensures that all employees have access to the necessary workspaces at any time, coordinating and executing planning, acquisition, and space management activities. This position acts as a central advisory and coordination point for managers and project leads regarding office environments and workplace design.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute diverse tasks to support architects and engineers, including CAD planning, relocation planning and management, process and procedure optimization, and quality management.
- Serve as a liaison to other departments and functional stakeholders in a matrix organization; coordinate cross-functional topics, identify problems, analyze issues, and develop solutions.
- Independently manage workspace modifications and office relocations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; plan and oversee projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Assist management in planning and coordinating internal and external resources related to workspace and relocation activities.
- Administrative and operational support including maintaining CAD floor plans, project plans, area and project slides, master data management in a facilities management system, and other documentation.
Qualifications
- Languages: German (C1) and English (B2) according to CEFR standards.
- Education: Completed vocational training in drafting, facility management, or construction management, or a degree in architecture or civil engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in comprehensive construction planning tasks, including planning processes and drawing version management.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Project, and CAFM systems; general affinity for IT tools.
- Experience in project management including planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, professional conduct, excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to quickly understand complex topics.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for operational activities. Home office portion is approximately 60%.
