Position Overview
The Senior IT Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure communication and recording systems deployed at training or operational sites. The role includes planning and developing technical solutions, integrating them into existing IT processes, maintaining documentation and technical concepts, testing and validating system functionalities, and ensuring adherence to security standards during product development and upgrades.

Position Overview
The Senior IT Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure communication and recording systems deployed at training or operational sites. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement, and enhance complex solutions within the assigned technical domain.
- Analyze and assess customer requirements and determine technical feasibility of solutions.
- Coordinate releases in conjunction with change and configuration management processes.
- Apply internal processes for solution development, including creation and maintenance of technical documentation and solution models.
- Develop and maintain technical and operational concepts as deliverables for client projects.
- Participate in audits and represent technical expertise.
- Contribute to IT consulting and project activities.
- Drive the evolution of technologies and maintain technical ownership of solution designs from project initiation to transition.
- Provide advisory support during transition phases of projects.
Qualifications
- Languages: Professional German (native or C1), good English skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience with multi-line communication systems, voice recording systems, and related technologies.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 10 years of professional experience in multi-line communication and voice recording environments.
- Experience: Proven track record in solution architecture, system design, implementation, and integration.
- Certifications & Evidence: Demonstrated project experience and relevant certifications to validate technical expertise.
Experience Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing communication and multi-line systems.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve security advisories and implement technical solutions accordingly.
