The Intern HR Controlling & Data Management supports the Corporate HR Controlling & Data Management team with a strong focus on HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation. The role contributes to the creation of standardized reports, management dashboards, and data-driven insights that support HR and business decision-making across the PHOENIX group. Working closely with the team, the intern gains hands-on experience in reporting processes, analytics, and data visualization.

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) - HR Controlling & Data Management, starting as soon as possible, for our headquarters in Mannheim.
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Assist in maintaining and improving standard reporting templates and dashboards
  • Prepare and validate HR datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, and basic quality checks
  • Support the creation of management presentations and KPI-based summaries
  • Perform basic data analysis (e.g. trends, variances) and prepare results for reporting and visualization
  • Assist in building and enhancing data visualizations and dashboards
  • Contribute to optimization and partial automation of reporting processes
Ihr Profil
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Economics, Controlling) with focus on HR topics
  • First relevant professional experience is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Analytical mindset with strong affinity for numbers and data
