Your Responsibilities
- Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
- Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems
- Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding
- Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support to customers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders
• Your Profile
Must-have requirements:
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT)
- German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%)
- Junior: 0-2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience
Nice to have:
- SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience
- Basic ABAP knowledge
- English skills
Work Model
- Hybrid setup: 2-3 days per week home office
- Office presence required (no full remote option)
- You can choose your base location among: Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, or Stuttgart
- Occasional travel within Germany (approx. 20%)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: €60,000 - €120,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
