The position is to be filled by two individuals, starting in September and December 2026, each for a minimum of 6 months.

YOUR TASKS

With us, you will become a direct marketing professional. You will get to know a department that is one of the best in print, online, mobile and offer marketing.

You will take on tasks in the following areas, among others:

• You will support the planning, marketing, implementation and monitoring of personalized marketing measures for PAYBACK partners.
• You conceptualize new campaign ideas & marketing offers
• You work with internal and external interfaces (such as agencies, etc.)
• You get to know all relevant key figures and how to interpret them in order to derive optimization potentials from them
• You carry out performance reviews, in particular by creating evaluations
• You support various special projects with regard to conception and implementation

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, or you already have a comparable education
• You have good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You like to work independently, carefully and in a structured manner
• You are creative, a team player and communicative
• You have a high affinity for new media and ideally some experience in digital marketing

COMPENSATION

• Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
• Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
• Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
• Working student (Master): €20 / hour
