Corporate Office Senior Lead (m/f/d)

As Corporate Office Senior Lead (m/f/d) you will efficiently manage the day-to-day business of the Executive Management advising them on strategic questions and facilitating important company initiatives with the Senior Leadership team

• Briefing preparation for external and internal meetings of the Executive Management in collaboration with relevant business units
• Active agenda management, preparation and follow-up of Executive Management meetings
• Responsibility for the preparation of presentations and documents for Board of Directors meetings
• Independent analysis of business cases and reports to advise the Executive Management
• Providing cross-functional context for the leadership team and ensuring effective information flows
• Calendar management and schedule alignment in coordination with Executive Assistants
• Facilitation of cross-departmental strategic projects and company initiatives

Requirements

• Business Administration or similar University Degree
• Nice to have: Experience in aviation industry and working with C-level
• Excellent English, Turkish of advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with independent, structured way of working and eye for detail
• Entrepreneurial thinking and creativity in problem solving
• Confident appearance, precise communication and excellent coordination skills
• Capability to adapt to fast-paced, multicultural and agile working environment
