Position: Integration and Product Support Manager

Tasks:

• Production management with a focus on:
• Reporting (to project managers and department heads) on material availability, production progress, and finished products
• Coordinating the preparation of proposals for the integration and testing phases, developing production concepts, and coordinating production scheduling
• Defining project- and line-specific value chains, both internal and external, as well as selecting and planning production facilities, production and storage areas, necessary workstations and testing stations, equipment, and tools (VWJP)
• Network management with a focus on:
• Communicating the overall picture of the project
  Identifying and securing partners for specific project goals
• Motivating partners and productively integrating their expertise and workforce into the network
• Project order planning with a focus on:
• Interface management for the entire operational supply chain-from procurement to delivery
• Collaboration in the creation of material-related quantity structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or certification as a state-certified technician with many years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in production control or technical project management
• Extensive practical experience with SAP R/3, as well as hands-on knowledge of all MS Office tools and DOORS
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills

Must-haves:

• SAP knowledge
• Experience in order management / logistics planning or similar
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Very good German language skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in interface management
• Technical background

• Willingness to travel: Travel is relatively rare, typically a maximum of 4 weeks per year
  

Remote work: 1-2 days per week after completion of training
